SHIPPING POLICY

Home Deqor offers shipping Pan India on all orders as per shipping rates provided by our partner.

We process your orders within 1-3 business days. And products will be delivered to your doorstep within 4-7 business days. Certain regions of India may take a little longer than the others due to certain norms that some shipping companies have. 
If the product you chose is not available immediately, you shall be informed via phone or email within 48 hours.

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays 
There can be additional delays in dispatch and deliveries during the festive season, public holidays, and in the case of bad weather / natural calamities. 


We're continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

Our team tries to make sure that your shipments are delivered to you on time with ease. We do not take the liability of delivery date and time post dispatch if someone else has refused your order, nor the person who has signed for while receiving the shipment. Nevertheless, someone from our team will surely assist in helping you track your order and sort out shipping related issues if needed. 
If you need to change your shipping address or contact number, please call and send in an email with the change by 3 pm. Change requests after that shall only be processed the next day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Home Deqor easy return policy gives you hassle free shopping experience.

Claim of Refund: Return Policy is applicable for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons:

 

Reason of Return: Damaged product on arrival, manufacturing defect or incorrect product.

  •      In case of damaged product on arrival we request you to email us the picture of the product within 2 days of receipt of delivery at ehomedeqor@gmail.com & we will refund you full amount, else there will be no refund.

  •      In case there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivered to you we request you to drop us an email at ehomedeqor.com or call us at +91 9897776513 we will exchange the product within 7 days.

 

Non Refundable: if the product is used or product details specifies non refundable cannot be returned or refunded.

Timelines: The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.

What will be paid: The refund amount will be equal to the paid amount for an item.

Pick up of return product: Our Logistic team will pick up the product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us.

Bulk & Customized Order: Bulk & Customized orders are not refundable & returnable.

 

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Once the product is inspected & approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 - 10 working days.

  • If the product is unapproved in inspection

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we request you to first check your bank account

There is processing time of 7 - 10 working days before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are damaged product on arrival, manufacturing defect or  incorrect product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ehomedeqor@gmail.com we will send you further communication over mail.

 

Gifted Products :
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
